I am reminded again recently on the importance of building loving relationships in church. Relationships are the glue that unites and holds a church together.
One of the greatest Kings in Israel was probably none other than King David. I believed he was great not because he defeated the big giant Goliath in faith, won numerous battles with God’s presence and his dynasty reigned for many years but rather it was when God called him ‘a man after my heart.’ This could be the only King God ever made such statement in the Old Testament.
Our church is embarking on a discipleship journey since Sept 2019. This is my reflection on discipleship at its core. To anyone who can fully define discipleship is to be naive? Yet, personally I believe the apostle Paul in Galatians 2:20 underscore an essential clue to discipleship at its core.
